The Solution is: Types of interviews in a job search
I definitely did not get this one cleanly right away. When Panel showed up first, my brain went in a few different directions at once. I thought maybe it was pointing to some kind of compound-word pattern, like panel discussion or panel show. I also briefly wandered into literal panel territory—control panels, instrument panels, even things with panels like doors and windows. And because Pinpoint loves making the obvious guess feel a little suspicious, I decided to get cute with it. When One-on-one appeared, my first theory pretty much collapsed. At that point, both clues started nudging me toward formats of interaction instead of wordplay. I bounced between ideas like types of meetings, discussion formats, and types of interviews. Still, I wasn't fully ready to lock it in. So I tried a slightly safer middle ground in my head—something like types of discussions. It felt plausible enough, but not quite satisfying. Then came Behavioral. That was the turning point. Suddenly the earlier clues lined up in a much cleaner way: panel interview, one-on-one interview, behavioral interview. Once I saw that pattern, everything snapped into place fast. And from there, I could already picture the rest of the board. If the category really was about job-search interviews, then clues like Technical and Phone screen would make perfect sense. Sure enough, they did. That little moment of panic turned into one of those very satisfying Pinpoint solves where the mess suddenly becomes obvious. Types of interviews in a job search
